Diploma in Islamic Studies Cordova
Diploma in Islamic Studies Cordova (DPIC) is offered as a part-time study for the post-secondary level which includes various specializations in religious disciplines.
In addition to the study of the core disciplines of Islam in their own specialization such as al-Quran, al-Hadith and al-Syariah, it also offers application and understanding aspects towards the current situations such as Islamic Worldview, Islamic Civilization, Islamic Education and Science in Islam.
This program is conducted in Malay.
Program Objective
This program aims to provide opportunities for graduates from Secondary Program in Cordova, Andalus and others to further their Islamic studies to a higher level. With this they have the opportunity to think in depth and broaden their understanding of Islam in line with the needs of current challenges.
Admission Criteria

Not less than 17 years

Participants have completed and graduated from formal Islamic studies at secondary level in religious institutions (The Board of Directories reserves the right to perform audit interview with suitable candidates and the decision is final)
Audit Studies:

Not less than 17 years old.

The Management Board can conduct interviews with specific candidates and the results are final.
Module Attendance:

Students must attend at least 60% of the study time of each module.

Students with a attendance of less than 60% are not eligible to sit for the exam

Students with a attendance of 60% and below are prohibited from sitting for the examination and need to repeat the module as well as the payment of new fees.

Students are not allowed to claim fees for modules that are not attended.

Students who want to postpone their studies need to write a letter of application with reasonable reasons to the post secondary education department.

Students must also request that the fee deduction through Giro be stopped during the suspension of studies.

If the student fails to do so, Cordova will not be responsible for the deduction and the deducted fee will not be refunded.

Duration and Time of Study
Diploma Pengajian Islam Cordova Online mengamalkan sistem 2 semester dalam tempoh 12 bulan. Setiap semester mengambil masa 6 bulan dan dibahagikan kepada 2 penggal dengan 10 minggu pengajian dalam setiap penggal, diikuti dengan 2 minggu peperiksaan dan 1 minggu cuti setelah tamat penggal pertama. Program ini dijalankan secara bermodul selama 4 tahun.

Assessment & Certificates
Assessments are conducted on an ongoing basis and at the end of each term. The purpose of continuous assessment is to enable students and lecturers to assess the abilities and achievements of a student from time to time so that students and lecturers can take appropriate action.
Education Path

The registration fee for this program is $62.00, payable once during the registration. The monthly fee is $69.40.
